​Founded by Andy, a senior power generation executive with over 35 years of hands-on and director-level experience across the UK energy sector. Having directed key UK power projects from early-stage concept and commissioning through to long-term operations.

Rather than offering standard, long-term contractor placements, we deliver objective engineering governance, rigorous asset health checks, and transition assurance to de-risk high-value power assets.

• ​Technical Authority: Lead Consulting Engineer providing technical due diligence for power assets, technical audits, and comprehensive O&M system reviews.

• ​Operational Governance: Plant Manager / Commissioning Manager / Senior Authorised Person (SAP) / Safety Controller.

• ​Strategic Advisory: O&M contract review & commercial negotiation, new asset / team establishment, and major outage management.
